I have put my ATCs and other scrapbooking layouts etc on Flickr. You can access them here - http://www.flickr.com/photos/rettam/sets/. I have just the one card for trade but hope to fix this in the coming months by making extras for the swaps I do.

Yes I finally went and got my domain name!! I replaced Paisley Blues with Loretta Marwick and in doing that I have lost my old blogs and stuff and since my knowledge is limited I thought the easiest thing to do was to start afresh.

I will mention I have not been well due to allergies (esp. hayfever) and that other horrible thing called depression has resurfaced and has taken me under its suffocating blanket. I have been struggling to find mojo for layouts but seem to able to cope with small artworks called ATCs. I have been doing ATCs for swaps at a Yahoo group called ATC Connection since the beginning of the year and I tell ya what I am glad I have them… they keep me going.

My husband looks like he has caught Ross River Virus. We are waiting for the results of the blood test. It feels strange seeing him so restricted in what he can normally do… the other day he couldn’t lift the fruit bowl of apples and oranges as his wrist ache and have no strength. His poor feet and other joints are achy and they worsen by the evening. I had him on the lounge watching Mr Bean but most of it was watched behind closed eyelids.

We had dramas with Jet and a teacher at the Yellow school yesterday. My poor son came home bawling his eyes out over the way this matter was handled and the fact that this teacher overacted and blew this seemingly small incident way out of the water. She makes me sick thinking she could take her anger and frustrations out on him in an attempt to break and wear him down which she did because Jet cried at school and he never does that. How dare she scream like a banshee and putting her face in his. He is 11. C’mon! There is nothing worse than a child being screamed down, not listened to and being so frustrated and so overwhelmed by it all he cries in despair. See what a nasty woman she is.

We went and saw the Principal this morning and laid it all out and I went as far as saying she is not to speak to him by herself and he is not to go there for Buddy class (punishment time for 1/2hr - Jet was there for 1hr 40 mins).  I hope she leaves Newman soon.

And now the school holidays have started today… what are we to do?
